Frank Gratton is a Chartered Building Surveyor (MRICS), A chartered Building Engineer (FCABE)  and a Registered Building Inspector (BSR).

Established in March 2005 Ashtton Associates provides a coordinated and informed approach to the deign and care of your built asset, whether it is residential or commercial premises. Using 2D and 3D design software allows us to share 2D drawings and 3D models of the project with clients, to illustrate the real-time finished project, before the submission of planning applications.

Our portfolio includes the renovation and restoration of listed buildings, buildings within conservation areas, new residential developments, and the extension and adaptation of existing buildings. We provide a full service from survey, design, planning application to building regulations application, focusing on sustainability by design.
