Our initial consultation to ascertain your precise design requirements is free of charge, at this meeting we will gather information relating to your existing accommodation or in the case of a new build development, your plot details, this together with your design brief enables us to build a picture of your precise requirements.

This information enables us to provide you with an accurate costing for all design work, administration and any other of our services that you choose to engage us on, proceeding to the design stage during which you will have the opportunity to view and comment on the developing designs.

Our state of the art 3D computer aided drafting software enables you to see a conceptual model of the finished project before physical work commences on site, helping to ensure the finished project is just as you want it, this is included in our service as standard.

Once the design work is complete and you are happy with the proposals, Ashtton Associates will take care of the planning and building control applications, If you wish, we will help you to choose a builder and we can also supervise the project, providing an insurance backed warranty on completion.
